Intercom that can be used with noise reducing earphones ?

Howdy , does anyone know of an intercom system , that uses in ear noise reducing earphones , I normally wear ear plugs when riding (for obvious reasons), but wondered if there's a product out there that does away with the plugs , do making communication , and phone, music etc clearer , thanks in advance

Thanks littleade that's pretty much what I'm looking for , a system that you can change the earphones for in ear noise reducing ones , it seems the scala q range are all the same for this option, so there's loads to choose from , sorted cheers
