    Hi all!

I have a 2010 Street Triple 675R, I had a flysheild on for a while but I wanted a change so took it off to replace with the back cover I had (with gasket), but it just doesn't fit at all, it seems like it is from a different model? its not watertight at all. I am the 3rd owner so I am not sure if previous owners had this issue, but why was it with the bike in the first place? its a genuine triumph part. I'll post some pictures of it. has anyone else had this problem? or is there a way to check the exact part number?

    can you help :(

that does not look like it has a hope in hell of fitting, looks like its off another bike unless theres something missing that should go in between!

Hi Farhan, welcome to the forum.
They have obviously changed the outer profile of one or the other.
Nothing much you can do with the cosmetics there unfortunately.
You will have to find the correct part or have something made out of alloy, stainless steel or fibreglass, that would make your bike a bit special.

    Thanks for the help guys.

I've been emailing the local triumph dealer about this issue and they seem to think I have the correct part (showed him all the numbers on the cluster and cover), his advise was just to push it in place but I showed him pictures which then made him say 'Oh yes I see what you are talking about'. Anyway seems like they have changed the panel type/number over the years and its just been misinterpreted. I was going to take it to the dealer today but the weather was a load of crap, raining here all day in London, so will have to take it to them a day after work. Will keep you guys posted....
