    After a few months of tracking down my overheating problem on my Sprint ST I would just like to thank everyone who has given hints, ideas and tips for their help! Turns out I had a warped head and the one on the bike was warped too!!! Had it skimmed, put it all back together and the temperature gauge sits just above the lower white mark so its all good. Just got to put the cam cover gasket on properly as it is leaking at the front edge! Guess I was too hasty to get it all together!

    Nightmare, glad your all sorted.

    Had a mare with my rocker cover, thought i was meticulous in making sure it was all seated correctly to find out today that its leaking just beside TB1. Bugger all apart and re-seated seems ok so far, never mind meant i could fit the new scottoiler i bought with the tank being off. They are a pain in the arse to seat correctly, i was worried about the lobes..
