I Miss This Place..who Remembers It?

Who remembers this place? it was situated just off the A93 between Blairgowrie and Braemar (about 5/6 miles south of Glenshee ski area) unfortunatley it burnt down a number of years ago. i regularly stopped off there for a coffee..you don't see it from this photo but there was a large dance hall at the back along with maybe 50 bedrooms..it was a favourite with bus tours and skiers

 

the front was totally destroyed ,the rear of the building still stands ,you can see it from the road (A93) but it probably needs demolished,there was talk of a chalet park but just talk at the moment
