    Hi all,
I'm just trying to change the coolant on my 1996 Sprint 900. All was going well until I tried to remove the overflow coolant tank in order to clean it as there's gunge in the bottom. The not-so-trustworthy Haynes said that there should be two screws holding the tank. Instead, it seems that there are two rivets. I'm now wondering how to get the thing out! any ideas anyone?

You’ll just have to drill out the rivets then fit new ones afterwards, or replace them with screws. ;)

On my Speed Triple I couldn't be bothered to remove the coolant tank so I used a syringe with tubing to suck out the gunge, half filled it with fresh water, swooshed it around and sucked it all out again
    Hope this suggestion helps
