I quite liked the look of the billeted style subframe caps on the 2016 R.... the S only has black plastic ones.

Ordered the bolts as I was told they were only a few pounds each. When I collected the parts 6 piece kit per side the total was £56!!!!

Now the main caps are only £2.63 but x2 bits of rubber pipe 1.7mm long and 5mm wide come to £32!!!! Picture attached!!!

Of course I've used my own... cut off an old karcher

The pipe is placed over the bolt so when the nut is tightened down it expands and friction locks the cap in place..

How about this then, I need 1 spoke for the rear wheel, about £3.75(ish), phoned a Triumph main dealer to get one ordered, got told I need the whole 'kin rear wheel!!!!!!!!!! For the need of 1 spoke????:eek::eek::eek:
    I kid you not!.
He got told 'no, no, no, look it up properly' by his boss, then discovered there's 4 different part number's, they need to phone Triumphs to find which one fits my year.
I waited, and waited, and phoned another dealer (Fowlups) who found it on my vin, phoned my dealer and ordered it, Triumph had still not phoned them back!
Bleedin' site quicker to do things ya self!
