Hi, I'm new the forum. I just got a 2015 Thruxton 900 and I will be needing expert advice on issue I wish to fix. I'm a fairly inexperienced rider, but have been riding since 2010. I got the Thruxton because I wanted that retro look, with a little get up and go and the reliability of a more modern machine. I'm hoping to do all the maintenance and customising myself as I have always maintained my vehicles, not through choice but because of economics. Anyway, hello and I look forward to learning from some of you. I have specific questions I'll post in the relevant forums. I will post pics of my bike soon. Cheers Dan

Bit of a rubbish pic. I'll take better when ive got time and I find myself in appropriate surroundings. As you can see Thruxton in green livery with just over 6k miles and a pair of tec sprint pipes. It came with no baffles fitted so i got deaf on the ride home. I have now ordered baffles, as awesome as the sound is. I also need to sort the fueling as she likes to pop and bang on the deceleration. Other than that and the suspension and brakes not being excellent, basically demanding full attention when pushing it, I think they call it character, I'm really pleased with the buy. Years of fun ahead I think.
