I have a 04 Daytona 600 that I'm trying to do some work on but I'm having some trouble finding the bolts I need. The ones I need are the 4 bolts that screw into the fuel rail. I've searched for days online and called multiple triumph dealers here in the U.S. and each place tells me that I need to order the entire fuel rail assembly for 160 plus shipping if I want the bolts. Anyone here know where I can find them individually?

    Hi Catchup!

I don't know the situation over the 'pond', but I would suggest you look for somewhere like this - www.bapp.co.uk in your locality.

Don't it just piss you off when all you need is a small part, but you have to buy the whole 'kit and caboodle' at vastly extortionate prices!!:mad:

At that price it could be worth taking one down to a metal machinist and getting him to make some up, or finding their size and giving him the specs?

I cannot be sure, but these screws may be the same as the ones that hold the rubber throttle bodies to the cylinder head, if they are, then you want screw tx panhead m6x1.00x16slv, listed by world of triumph as part number pfkl1214476 at £1.98p each (inc vat), good luck.
