New to this forum, came over from the Trophy SE group. I traded the beast tourer last week for a 2018 Street Twin, loving it. I'll miss the ability for the long highway runs...maybe one day can afford the two bike stable. Love the Triumphs though...

Welcome! Funny, but I picked up a 2013 Trophy SE last fall for the long rides in more comfort (just rode Peak-to-Peak from Estes Park, CO to Golden: Beautiful scenery!). But I have a Sprint GT as my "performance" ride, albeit only 70 lbs lighter. I admit that the Trophy can be pretty heavy at low speeds and stop-and-go, especially riding 2-up! Riding it into the back of the pickup takes my full attention, too!

As 'Gary Glitter' once said ... "Good to be Back" :grinning: Most yer ol' chaps still seem to be lurking ..'owdy do ! Best forum re :-- Triumphs, I've seen .. and been put on track with problems here and there, but unfortunately I'm still electronically illegitimate, so ... :p ! Did manage to sort the new (to me) Bonnie's 'intermittant' starting problems a couple of days back .. cleaning the contact points, and tightening the battery screws does wonders ??????:cold_sweat:
