Hi all, new to triumphs, last bike was a Yam MT03 but decided its time for a whole new beast, enter the Daytona 675. Picture included for your viewing pleasure.
Roll on the good weather (or even just unsalty roads and lower wind speeds).

    Hi and welcome!

That is one of those bikes, that makes my fingers itch; great looks!

Oh, and my crystal ball tells me, there'll be someone on soon, telling you that your bike should be orange.;)

    Have fun!

Hi Paul & welcome. Can't help but notice if the frame was white & bodywork blue she'd look just like your national flag...

Hi and welcome into the Ecosse Mafia section ;), blue and white bikes are fine, in fact great colours, all the best bikes are blue and white (or Orange :D).

We have a gathering in Kielder in the summer, not far for you to run down. Might even organise another Muster in Moffat.

Hey Paul, I like the way you've used the Saltire as a dust cover on the bike.

Got to love how a blue and white bike brings out the patriots:p
When I get back home tomorrow I'll add a picture of the filler cap, that should be the icing on the cake.
On a side note, has anyone ever found the corner of the seat has been rubbing on the tank? On mines its down to bare metal, I'll need to check if there's a staple there or something

Could be something rubbing. Do you check your flies aren't undone before riding out?

Haha I was wondering what that terrible screeching sound was.
Its under the seat though, pretty sure its the underside of the left hand corner. To be honest I'm planning on stripping the tank off and getting it resprayed for spring time anyway as there's a few blemishes ect. And funniest of all, whoever had it before me thought it was a good idea to stick the tank guard on with household clear silicone , so that's going to get stripped too.
