Good evening folks, I've just joined, never having had a Triumph before. I currently drive a 1690cc Harley Fatbob but looking for something lighter and really like the look of the Scrambler. Any comments / feedback on the drive-ability / comfort of the Scrambler on longer journeys?
Cheers for the quick replies folks. The local dealer has this one year old Scrambler in with less than 500 miles on it.... Might have to see about a test drive....
Welcome to the forum. The modern Bonnies and Scramblers are a great bike for customisation as there such a good selection of after-market parts available. Cheers Steve
Fit like Adam, we stayed north of the Granite City for about 7yrs. Seeing Aberdeen in very early sunshine was magic. Dave
Yo Adam, Harley owner and 2009 Bonnie SE here. Did France and Belgium over a weekend on Bonnie, could have done with those lowering plates for footpegs, same for wife. Her legs really ached bad, didn't know they existed.
Hi Adam from SW Scotland, nice Harley, I also ride a Bonnie, done over 8000mls on it last year, half of that with the missus on the back, great fun to ride, fancy a Harley myself someday
Tried the Scrambler but didn't like the ride. Tried a Bonnie too and couldn't believe the difference. So one of these is coming my way in a couple of weeks.....
