Headlight Of A Street Rs On A Speed Rs ?

It's probably doable - if you've got the money! Certainly on older models lights and flyscreen are interchangeable. I've got a 2015 model and gone the other way, going back to round headlights but with a modern led twist. (see avatar) I needed to make a minor wiring change to enable dlr's only, but you probably don't even need to do that. On older models the support bracket for Street sits lower than Speed (but still interchangeable), don't know if that's still the case.

 

I bought the earlier model for the preferred styling of the bike. But I am a bit jealous of the extra power the newer motors have!!

 

The double round headlights with LED rings are terrific. I like that very much!

My daughter would say, “that’s sick!” or something like that which means it’s good

 

also much prefer the 2020 street lights.
although i assumed the 2021 speed would probably have that style anyway

I had initially looked at using a couple of round Triumph LED lights as first fitted to the bobber and more recently to the current Rocket3, soon changed my mind after I priced them up!!
I still used Triumph back shells and mounting bar (shorter than what's used with the Dame Edna's), the 5.75" LED light units I fitted are from China at a much reduced price but seem to be quite good quality, even the DRL rings are quite bright and seem to get me noticed, dip and main beam are definitly brighter than standard and a good beam pattern (although I rarely ride at night).
I've had them for a few years now, recently noticed you can even get them now with the option to switch the DRL rings to amber, makes me think with a bit of electricary you could get them to serve as indicators too, although I'm not sure if that might look a bit too chavvy.

If I understand correctly, there are just 3 pieces to order. The optics / "X-shaped" piece of metal / one piece of plastic support?
What about the electric cables?

Are these parts original or for adaptation?
