At 78 there are few things I'm a 'newbie' at but Triumph ownership will be one of them when I p/u a new Bonneville T120 very soon. Been riding for about 51 years now & THINK I'm around 300k miles on 2 wheels. Currently have 1 bike, a 2019 'Wing DCT with 31k on it. Mostly what I'll post will be questions seeking help and/or advice on the Bonnies. Ride safely
Welcome Mike: Gee, I found someone on here older than I am ! AMAZING. [I'll be 78 in November]. I am kind of the inclination that the only thing better than a new Triumph, is an old Triumph. They just seem to get better with age. Been running my 2002 around some this last couple of weeks trying to get my skills back. I have owned Triumphs about 20 years, but have not been riding much the last few years. I got it out because I have been missing it. Be safe and enjoy. ...J.D.
Thanks Mongoose. Been riding those N. Ga hills and SW N.C. for 40+ years. Not the best but the VERY best! Now if they can just find the bike
Thank you all for such a warm welcome. Looking forward hanging out with you guys and learning a thing or 2 about Triumphs. Sprintdave, you & I already have something in common - where we live
