Set off this morning just before 9, got there 10 to 11, as predicted by the sat nav.
Beautiful country to ride through, get off the M ways and A 84 on you are in a different world!
Plenty of bikes out too, some mad arse's doing there best not to get there in 1 piece, but generally no problems, had a Thruccy pass me on the A84 nr Arberfoyle turn off, any one on here?
I saw him coming in my mirror, as I also saw signs for un-marked police bikes, wondered if it was one of them and slowed up a bit but turned out to be Thruccy boy.
The green Welly stop is really nice, good cafe/restaurant, petrol, car parking and really clean toilets, ideal for a bike gathering, petrol @ £1.13.9 at present.
Large gathering of police on bikes and a car at Crainlarich, so they are about!
All in all a really nice ride out, with good weather, is this really Scotland?
    Rode back down the M9 with a 70's Kawsaki Z1000 & a 70's Honda 750, they weren't sparing the horses!
Both looked to be in really nice nick, been/going to a show some-where?
On the look-out for another excuse for another 160 mile round trip ride out now.

Cant see any pic's, not far from one of my other 'visits' the big boot sale at Errol, I try to time it near one of their vintage vehicle auctions and get a preview of the stock!
Since moving up here we've probably seen more of Scotland than a lot of Scots, lived in Shetland, Caithness, Livingston, and visited many places round them.
I love Scotland, I'm officially an adopted Scot any way, the nurses at the hospital said so!:)
The 'Blair' I was trying to think of was Blair Atholl, about 9 miles off the A9 in the Highlands, and the only place to get petrol from in that area, coming down from above Wick it made us sweat!!!

If you go to the lounge forum i put it in there under "photos of your home town",all the locals call Blairgowrie "Blair"
It was really famous years ago for growing Raspberrys, during the Glasgow holidays Blair would get invaded by thousands of Glaswegians coming up for their holidays (berry picking!) the population would almost double, but a lot of it is picked by machines now and any berry pickers now are foreign..kids nowadays obviously don't need to pick the berrys to get money!
