I've recently inherited a Triumph book, about Triumphs German sister company, Triumph-Werke Nürnberg (TWN). It's obviously fairly rare as there is nothing online about the book, or alot about the company really. The majority of the text is in German and is written to celebrate 50 years of producing motorcycles, meaning it was produced in 1953. Is there anybody with a sufficient knowledge about memorabilia who would know if this sort of stuff has any interest or value? The books quite unusual as seen in the photos, its got a mix of coloured photos and black and white drawings along with detailed information about the companies history, including details about how the factory was flattened and then rebuilt after the war.

    Thanks

What you have there doesn't surprise me, to an extent, as Triumph was founded by a couple of German chaps. Nice that something like that has survived though!

A Coventry based museum may well be interested in it, or perhaps even Triumph themselves. Phone calls or e-mails may get you suitable replies.

    Worth a try?
