Just picked one up for £129.99!!!! :)

Retail £330, Cheapest online is £200 ish.

Wanted bike specific sat nav for a while, but refused to pay twice price of a car one.

Been playing on MyRoute-app, planning routes, saving them as GPX 1.1 and then save them onto the Garmin Zumo. Using the website is a tad confusing at first, but soon got the hang of it. Cheers to DougieD for his help.

Did my first run today, and all went well. So good to be able to plan a route , then follow it exactly on the sat-nav. No stopping to put next stop in, just plan all the 'via' and hey presto, you just follow the sat nav all the way around.

Couldn't download the Garmin basecamp software, so just using myroute app.

Thourghly recommend the Garmin 340LM (Lifetime Maps) for £129.99 from Aldi. Can't wait till I can afford Scala headsets (or Xmas pressies) to hear the instructions ! :D

Does it not have a headphone socket?

A wired connection with speakers in your helmet is a great way to receive crystal clear instructions from the satnav lady.

Just remembering to disconnect yourself before you walk away from the bike takes a bit of getting used to though.

I wouldn't remember !!!! I'd be off the bike and busting headphones and satnav !!!!

Want Scala Headsets for talking to the missus and some music (maybe) as well as the sat-nav instructions.

Works well without sound, but maybe help sometimes. Use the sat-nav in the car with the sound off, so might not like it on the bike, but maybe, will help when belting along enjoying a twisty section and can easily miss a turning ???

    £129.99 is a bit of a bargain.
My 395 LM was ~£8870 more than that.
It did come with a free Sprint GT though...

Have one from Stone (Stafford) today. I think it was the only one in the store. Wasn't expecting all the fixings etc. Looks good value for the money;)

It's made I believe to be fairly weatherproof which it may not be if you use the usb cable. I don't think the standard bracket will be usable if you try using the usb

Have you lot wired it straight to battery or via somewhere that powers up with ignition? If so where?
I downloaded in about 10 reconnected and there were more updates

That's annoying, if they had moved the usb socket a couple of mm to the right you could have used it, and it would have been easily transferable between bikes
