Free Flow Exahusts on a speedy/america

Hey folks. My first rushed post during my lunch hour so if you know a thread that answers my question please direct me to it.

This weekend i fitted a pair of free flow exhausts to my fuel injected speedmaster. How necessary is it to get the ECU re-mapped. I might not get this done for a couple of months so i have time to fit a larger air intake and cap off the air injection. i would like to know if leaving them on is going to break my engine or for the sake of a couple of months, be fine.
