Fitting the Headlight stone guard , grill style- anyone managed with supplied parts?

Hi all,

Can anyone shed light on how to fit the headlight grill/stone guard from Triumph Bonneville Thruxton 7 Headlamp Stainless Steel Stone Guard New Stock

I cannot read their on line instructions and the guy who sells them has never fitted them!

Any help appreciated.

Just tried today, nightmare, gave up on the clips and wire locked the guard in place.

Yes good solution_ the makers eventually sent me instructions which involved bending the clips etc.Did this still poor- will make some and stand off the grill a bit like the BMW 1200s do .
