    Cut and come again cake.

    2 parts cornering
    3 parts acceleration
    2 parts stopping power
    1 part exhaust note
    3 parts dry road
    Sprinkling of mates

    Stir well and place on day where there are few cars, lorries or camper-vans.
    Bake until tyre edges are crispy.
    Enjoy seconds down the pub with a couple of pints.

    Any other favourite recipes out there?

    For me at present:

    DEVELOPMENT KITCHEN CAKE

    10 parts sheer enthusiasm / exhilaration - add to the bowl first, before any other ingredients (even the night before isn't too early).
    8 parts pushing to improve
    8 parts riding often
    3 parts skill
    5 parts engine note

    Keep on repeating the recipe until the balance between skill and enthusiasm is more equal, for a more even bake!
