Engine management

    Engine management light came on today after IAM Slomo training day ,there seems to be plenty of oil and bike is running well.was told it will reset itself after a while any thoughts

    There is a built-in process for the engine light, assuming the fault is not continuing.

    After 3 complete cold/hot/cold cycles, the light will go out.

    What year is your bike Jock. Mine was a 2010 T100EFi and I used a cable and a free-to-download program called TuneECU which gives access to the bikes ECU for tuning and error-checking purposes.

    Tis true, mine went on when I forgot to attach one of the breather pipes under the tank & as thebiglad states, after 3 cycles it resets itself.

    Big guy & Truccyboy guess time will tell ,also a 2010 but just basic 865 Bonnie
    Read your post on Scott oilers and gas suspension will think about both

    Light out ,bike going fine reset after three cycles cheers
