    Hello folks !

    Quick question:

My beloved 1015 Bonneville is stored outside.
I try my best to prevent rust and all (and honestly I'm not doing a bad job) but one thing I can't seem to be able to control, is engine casing & fins paint chipping. Which only hurts my eyes, but still... annoying.

Someone advised me to get rid of paint chips with a wire brush, and to respray with high temp. black paint.
what do you think ? I'll just like to keep the engine visually clean.

    Cheers.

I've started using Muc-Off "Bike Protect" spray on the black engine. It's meant for bicycles and you can spray & shine with it anywhere but of course keep off brake discs. Nothing horrible happens with a hot engine but I only apply when things are cool. £10 a tin but much better than WD40 in this instance.
