    Just wondered if anyone had fitted electronic ignition to a late Bonneville t140 and what they would recommend. I have been looking at the tri spark unit and wondered if it was as good as they say it is.

    Got a Boyer on my T140 powered Triton easy to set up ,reliable and cheap:)

    I have spoke to Boyer and used that item on other bikes. Just thought I would see what other systems are out there.

    Heard people moaning about tri spark on other forums...but then that's normal, Boyer would be my choice, still have Lucas Rita on my Trident.

    Going to try to use the Lucas. I saw an ad recently for a guy who repairs the lucas. But I am hoping it is just a poor battery it charges full but when I turn it on it drains quite quickly May replace the rectifier aswel. But if boyer is good enough for you and I go that way its sorted. Not seen any new restorations lately.

    Su's T100R that we started before xmas came to a stop as i had my 650C to do in a hurry, we have just started back on Su's bike but it's a slow one as its fighting us all the way, things will pick up soon when we have all the bits paint stripped, takes time with paint stripper lol.
