Ok bike turns over no problems. 12 volt check on battery fine. Checked fuel pump direct to battery and fires up fine, showing reading of 12 volt. Checked block connector to pump and showing 6-7 volts. Without unravelling and following the cable right back, is there and easier way to take a new cable to the pump? Where does the fuel pump cable come from? Not very technical when it comes to the electrical side of things.

    Any help thankful.

Hi Colin and welcome to the forum from a fellow T595, (1997), owner.
Have you tried pulling the relay and checking that all the spades are nice and clean? Also, some of our bikes, (not mine), have an earth block where all the earths are connected together and they can corrode badly so might be worth checking that too.
