Sprint Ecu Not Responding To Ecutune

Hi guys,
Long story short.was riding home about 8 week ago on my sprint rs.just died on me.the bike turns over but won't fire up. I've lost the engine management light and fuel light when turning the ignition on.the fuel pump isn't priming either. I ve checked the fuel pump,relays and that I ve got power an earth going to the ecu. But I can not get ecu tune connect to the bike.keep s saying ecu tune not responding help!!!!
