Someone listed a used but in good condition "chrome rear brake cylinder cover for a Triumph America/Speedmaster" a few days ago & finishing last night. Listing started at 99p so i decided to watch it & have a last minute punt.....

And the lucky winner bagged it for £27 odd plus a few quid p&p, bring to a few pence under £30...... Prick!

    £22 from Triumph! Lol

Im tempted to go & buy a dozen of them, potential £8 mark up on every one you sell. 26% profit margin per item.... Happy days!

It happens quite often ,people think it must be a bargain and get caught up in the moment

Yeah I've sold used gear for more than I paid for it new! Numpties go a bit crazy, particularly if it's got a 'name' on it. eg. Dainese, Furgan, Sidi etc. Amazed & elated when the hammer goes down.

I went through a phase years ago of buying pound land tools and toys etc and sticking them on eBay some went regularly for £15/£20 per item. Nice little earner lol
