Hi guys. Unfortunately i think i may have the uk most unreliable triple and have yet another problem.

Heard a ticking sound coming from the front of the bike so investigated and found that there was a rather large hole in the downpipes. Just behind the radiator.

My question for you guys is this- i have some downpipes from a 2005 speedy and mine is a 2010 but a oval light model. (First of that model) would they fit or are they different thing altogether?

I thought i remember the cat being on a cable on the old ones and am fairly sure the new ones have it built in to the pipe.

Hope you guys can shed some light on it for me. Thanks!

    Hello mate

I think the 2005 - 2007 models used the same pipes. Then from 2008 - 2010 different set of pipes.

Best thing to do is go on the part finder and check the part numbers.

    All the best buddy
