Tracks days, for now, seem to be going ahead, so I thought I would cheer myself up & book this one at Donington for Wed April 1st, it's not lost on me that this is April Fools day. :p

Had such a blast at Brands on Sunday, then followed by the disappointment that the ACU had cancelled all racing until April 30th, today one of my race buddies got a group of 10 of us as part of a deal as he is an instructor with Ron Haslam race school, so got something to look forward to again!

    Me too!
Just hearing schools closed from the end of the week so really wouldn't be surprised if this gets pulled, but for now at least I have hope! :)

Well the news I was expecting is now official, MSV have cancelled all track days after today until at least April 30th. :(

TBH I did enquire about cancelling as the ACU chairman wrote to all race licence holders asking that we don't ride our race bikes at track days. At the time MSV had said as the day was still planned to go ahead they should technically still charge, but as a gesture of good will to ACU licence holders they would issue a credit note that lasts for 12 months. Now that it is actually cancelled? Still a credit note valid for 12 months, not happy with them, should just refund not keep hold of our money.

That’s because the people that own MSV are poor people and they need every penny they can get
