    Hi everyone
Well I just can't contain my excitement any longer. The story goes, I have spent the last few years riding a very faithful cbr600f . Whilst the reliability handling and build are great I couldn't help but notice something missing. Today I have test rode a 2011 speed triple .... Wow what a bike... So then I did the honourable thing and bought it :upyeah: the only problem I have now is I have to wait 6 days until I pick it up.
I'm looking forward to picking your brains with any triumph issues

    Cheers leggins :upyeah:

Welcome to the world of Triumph.

I can advise you that your love affair with your bike is only at the kiss on the cheek stage, you are getting a great bike with one of the best engines around.

The next few days will drag and drag and drag.

Just take it easy for a while as the engine characteristics are such that a slight twist of the right thing propels you to take off velocity very rapidly.

Then hunt out the nearest RAT pack or owner group near you and get bored silly as everyone extols the virtues of their beloved steeds.

I love both my Explorer and Bonnie and still wish I had kept my ST

    Enjoy

    Hi all
Just a quick update. Today I have had 5 hours riding my speed triple and the verdict is positive, in fact I think it's a fantastic bike. The handling, torque and braking are top notch. My only slight gripe is the suspension is a little on the hard side but phaa I can put up with that. I would highly recommend a speedy to anyone who needs a bit of a thrill

    Great news.

I rode one last Friday whilst my Bonnie was in for service, with its short wheelbase and the combination of seating and bar placement I found that by head is positioned way, way forward. So on the go there is no direct view of the bars or instruments in other words it provides the nearest thing to low level flying I have encountered.

A cracking bike, well you have chosen
