Hi has any one on here removed a datatool system 3 from their bike , i have one on a rocket 111 2005 model its okay at the moment but i only have one fob and i dont have the code the previous own input , i dont like the drain these alarms put on the battery and cant find the in line fuse so am i best to remove it or just leave it alone ? were these alarms factory fitted ?
this maybe of use to you. not sure if they were factory fitted as only have had a Triumph factory fitted on my 2011 Speed Triple. Might be worth giving your local dealer a call. Cheers Steve
The in line fuse for the datatool system 3 in my old ZX6r was tucked into the right hand side rear fairing under the pillion seat.
