Coolant. Track Day

    looked on online getting conflicting advice on a race bike your not allowed to run coolant or antifreeze if you just do a track day do you have to swap it out for water

    Never heard of this happening with car related track days so see no reason for it to apply to bikes, besides you more likely to dump oil on the track with a bike.

    Here in Northern Ireland you must use water only.
