Coolant Flush/change

I'm going to change coolant over winter 2011 speedy I've got the OAT type coolant (not bike specific Eurocarparts job),will any flush type/brand suffice or is there a specific one you good folk recommend using.

I wouldn't use a flushing agent. Just flush the rad etc with cold water from a hosepipe.
Both hoses off the rad & stick the hose pipe into the top hose connection on the rad.
You could drain it by removing the bottom hose. Then refit it & refill it via the top connector a couple of times before flushing it as above? That way it will drain the bulk of an deposits out using gravity before the flush.

You might find you'll have to syphon out the coolant from the expansion tank?

cool I've got a syringe with hose so that should suffice thanks.
