Connecting A Usb Port To Battery On Speedmaster

Hi Folks,

I wanted to explore the possibilities of connecting a USB port to the battery so that I can use it to charge my phone during travel.
I checked if there is a USB connector under the seat on the Speedmaster and there is none.
What seems to be the ideal way to add a USB port?
