Comfort Seat Life Expectancy

    I've got a comfort seat on my '12 tiger 800, I guess it's been there pretty well from new, or at least 5 years and done 25000 miles. Would the padding inside have got compressed as it feels as though I'm doing less miles to a numb bum than I used to. I haven't lost that much weight.

    I've been wondering the same about my Speedmaster comfort seat. Definitely getting numb bum when I don't think I used to, and the vinyl cover seams slack (perhaps it stretched?). I've done 16000 miles on mine in a year and a half.
