    Hi there

New to the forum but not to Triumphs, had a few over the years but now with a 2012 Tiger Explorer 1200 which is a grand bike for two and we are busy getting some use out of it. Dunloe gap today, which is one of the joys of living in Ireland!

    Cheers! It's appreciated.

Interesting about the weather. The lady and I took a ride out last Saturday, up to Foyne in Co Limerick then back across the hills via Rockchapel and although it was a dull day with a grey drizzle alongside the Shannon estuary, it was a superbly relaxing and satisfying ride, one of those that brings a stillness to the soul.

It made me question as to whether there is too much emphasis on needing the sunshine to enjoy our bikes. As long as its not peeing down or hovering around zero or below, I'm not sure that it is as vital as we might believe.
