    Adventure Bike Rider recently tested 11 action cameras from the cheap Polaroid cube up to the latest GoPro Hero 4.

    Their best budget buy recommendation was the Kitvision Escape HD5W at £69.99. Pros were: LCD screen, price and simple to use. Cons: vulnerable if side mounted and delay in burst mode.

    Just noticed that Tesco have the exact model for sale with all the kit for £25.00.
    Even if it's not the best camera - that seems a good price.
