I'm assuming it says your photos are too large. If this is the case then you will need to reduce the size of the photos by using a photo editing programme - like photoshop or paint. Most computers have paint installed, open the picture by right clicking on the photo and open it in paint. Click on the button in the top bar that says "resize" - the photo will be 100 by 100 pixels, reduce that to 50 by 50, save the picture and you should be good to go.
