BZP v Stainless nuts & Bolts

    Hi all, I'm rebuilding a 1953 Gold Star. I blew the engine more than 45 years ago an fitted a Tiger 100c. My question is what are the pros and cons regarding BZP nuts and bolts or stainless. The bike is not original so I'm not worried about authenticity.
