Over winter i had to leave my T595 outside under a cover for a few days ( building work) i noticed bubbles in the paint on the tank, it doesnt look like its been resprayed ( ive owned it for 10 yrs ) im worried about plastic tank/ethanol softening. Has anyone else had this sort of problem?
    Cheers

it seems to be a very common problem according to other sites I use. That and tank expanding when removed so it wont fit back on easily

    Hi.

I have just taken delivery of my 2002 Daytona, and I have the same "Bubbles" in the paint on the tank, I assumed it had been badly re-sprayed? but its not anywhere else on the paint work???

    Solution

Now be very, very careful when doing this as it can go horribly wrong.

Get hair dryer and heat up bubble and then once warm use a small pin to pop bubble and then smooth out (Very Carefully)

    Cheers

Well I think I will try that on a bit of the tank that's not to obvious to see ;-)

Seems like a plan SteveJ and thanks for your input mate :)
