    2016 Street Twin (nissin caliper).

Existing head is rounded so am unable to measure it.
Can’t find a definitve answer, whether the front pin is 58 or 64mm in length.

    Anyone know?

Vernier calipers should give you a close idea.

On a 2019 T100 front single pin is 58 mm on the rear the two pins are 64 mm. I think yours are the same.

Just done checked my pads, 4000 miles and a year old and the pins are badly corroded but I managed to get them out - just. I have purchased replacement stainless ones from eBay together with the blanking plug for the front caliper which was also seized. Total cost under £20 which if you intend keeping the bike I think is money well spent.

    Hope this helps.
