Brake Caliper Staining

Hey all,

Not sure if the previous owner took this out before the thaw ended up here ( ending of winter and beginning of spring). It looks as though the front calipers have staining, possibly from road salt? Not sure how to clean them to see if I can get them looking new again. Any ideas? Pictures included. I've also noticed it on some bolts toward the top of the motor.
