Hi BDR and welcome to the Triumph Asylum - Nursie will be round soon with your 'meds'.

Great set of pictures - the very best of luck with your rebuild. Is she a 'hard-tail' ? Never seen that style of back end on a Triumph before.

Welcome to the forum . Good luck I think you may have a lot of work ahead of you - especially as it's all a bit unknown at the moment. Should be fun though!

Nice find, 70 or later engine as it has the big breather on it, frame and engine numbers will confirm years of both. rear frame is a one off as should be swingarm n shocks, front brake is 69 and later so you might have matching frame and engine numbers (nice) full engine strip down is a must to check it over for starters :)

Hello and welcome to the forum :)

Looks like you’ve got plenty of work on especially if you intend on putting the old girl back to standard.

When you have the motor stripped make sure you clean out the sludge trap as they starve the big ends and its terminal, i have just stripped a motor that i am rebuilding and it was 99% full.
