Bonnie Flat spot at 60mph now solved

Thanks to Harvey865 problems eliminated and the bike now runs like a swiss clock! The solution was to lift the needles by three thou using some old feeler guages that my mate cut up and drilled to make the shims. We've done over 120 miles today and my mate says it's a different bike. Think I'll do the same with my Legend that runs like a bag of poo at 2500 revs. Thanks again.
