    Hi all,
Getting used to my new toy,its like a rolls-royce after my enfield. Only dislike is no centre stand,I dont trust side stand.
Have heard the bike is difficult to get on stand,is this true or is there a knack to it.
Am thinking of buying stand but need to know if i can manage it( getting old and weak )
    Any advise greatly appreciated.

Hi Phantom, not sure how anyone else is going to be able to answer this question for you, to be honest. You are either strong enough to put the bike on a centre stand or not.

The only suggestion I can make is that you contact your nearest Triumph dealer to see if they have a 2nd hand Bonny in stock with a centre stand so you could go and try it. Alternatively find an owner local to you with a Bonny + centre stand, so you can try it ????

it's really easy to put a bike on it's centre stand no matter how big a bike it is,just make sure you hold the bike up straight before trying to do it,when i had my pan european it really took very little effort to put it on the stand, but if it's not perfectly staight and upright you will struggle

I think that there are other 3rd party stands as well as the triumph one. Some maybe easier than others. I know it doesn't answer your question it just asks more but I thought I'd mention it.

thanks for all your replies,i will get myself off to local dealer , also check out grab handle, bit of difference between enfield 187kg and triumph 225kg, but no doubt will get the hang of it.
