Please help : any electrical wiring guys who know there stuff.

Ive recently completed changes to my bonne SE 2011 . i have a new speedo.
I want to re- wire my high beam blue light on my new speedo to serve as the low fuel light. Ie blue light will come on when fuel is low( its too bright anyway at night whe you put on high beam)

    Q. Which "existing " colored wires coming from fuel tank woudl be the correct colour wires to connect the high beam blue light leading from my new speedo too ? ( so it is lights up when fuel is low)

    Thanks

Hi there, don't you already have a yellow low fuel warning light? Don't understand why you'd want it to be blue, but working on the basis that you do, why not swap theyellow light cable for the blue one ?

My new speedo has , turn signals(yelliw) , oil light (red) , neutral( green) & high beam ( blue). Only 4 lights on new dpeedo . Ie there is no empty fuel light on the cosul.
I need to take my blue high beam light from my new speedo and connect to the tank wire that indictes low fuel...

    Q. What color are the wires leading from the tank for the low fuel indicator ? (so i can connect it to the blue high beam light on my new speedo ,to serve as a low fuel warning?)

    Thanks for your help.

    Q. Are you saying that black and green runs from the tank? , ....or is it red running from the tank which are the low fuel wires ?

i.e Just to confirm : .. what is the exisitng color wire ( factory ) , running from the tank .?
The wires running from my new speedo i am very clear which ones are the high beam wires. Those i have identified no problem.

Its just the loose wires sitting under my tank .......So one/ two of those loose wires which will b the ones running from the tank that i will connect to the blue high beam light wires.......

    Thanks again

I think you need a Blue warning light for main beam for MOT.
