Have noticed that, since my early days of riding, a significant number of riders are either too busy with the view ahead or reticent about the mutual greeting of a Bobbington. I always tend to (unless trying to readjust my trousers when passing) but tend to cuss myself when, after having flamboyantly Bobbingnated, don't receive a Bobbington back. Do you always Bobbington? If not, why not? And if you do, do you nod to the right, up and down, to the left or make some other gesture? Reviewing my ride of yesterday and the day before, I notice that I talk to myself quite a bit..........any of you find yourself doing that?
@Duck I have wondered whether, in the group ride past scenario, you could cock your right leg and spray them all with some sort of scent - akin to a dog marking it's territory? The spray mechanism would have to be automated though.
