BOBBER PROJECT !!!

Hi guys well it looks like i will attempt a bobber project on my America similar to what as be mentioned in other posts and threads i think the final look is very simple and not to difficult i really hope a few of you experienced guys would help me with input and ideas as i am very limited on knowledge of this type of thing so if any of you have done something like this before and are prepared to help it would be appreciated please be patient as some of my questions may be really stupid !!! so first question is were do i start what would i need to do first ???
