Bluetooth Adaptor

    I'm after recommendations from experience for a Bluetooth adaptor, please.

    It should be bike-powered and have a four-pole 3.5mm socket for full duplex communication (talking and listening without manual switching between the two).

    The products I have already found are either battery-powered or don't have a 4-pole 3.5mm socket (so no speech feed).
