Has it clicked home ? New o ring for leak (probably) Do you want fuel leaking on a started bike? Deal with leak first.
Have you connected the rail the right way around?
If I remember, you have a fuel connector each side of rail you could (maybe) put connector in wrong hole in tank, or connect wrong end of rail to hose, thus sending fuel wrong way into rail I did this and it wouldnt start.

Fitted everything today again and when bike wasent starting not even offering i noticed the fuel leaking and it was leaking on to the small cable that. You click in to the fuel tank that was soked ive ordered new conector from triumph plus new seals and fingers crossed this will be it .

Dont mean to be cheeky, have you checked kill switch, side stand ,clutch cut off ,is it priming , do you have lights instruments, If battery has not got enough charge then it wont try to turn it over.

Please tell me you didn't order the plastic ones off triumph. They are notorious for breaking and most people replace with the metal ones you can get. Loads of threads about it and also wheres best to buy them. If you dont mind me asking, why did you have the tank off in the first place. You could have a kinked pipe or a pipe has popped off the filter inside the tank as you say you can hear it. Why the change of map also, have you added a pipe filter or done stuff?
