Well that's the speed triple moved on and now the search has begun. Partly due to the shocking summer weather this year especially in Scotland, I don't know if I'm best hanging off till spring time or try get a deal come September. What's the best deal anyone has managed on either a r or rs,my preference is for the crystal white but unfortunately the rs isn't available in it.

Looking at getting a test ride next week,to see if I can live without the speedys torque. I loved it, but the bike
Wasn't being used anywhere near it's full potential. R or rs ,wait till spring or try get a deal now,,my heads hurting:)

Looking at a new bike, just sold my 19 plate speed with 3100miles on it,,This will be my last bike purchase most likely, it can share garage space with my 400/4 and I want to put all the miles on it,no ex demo bikes, I've ridden a few and enjoyed them, if you know what I mean lol.

Extended warranty and flyscreen, visor at no extra cost, pretty happy with that,
60% of what the speed triple was capable of wasn't being used, hopefully I can use 50% of the Street,I'm not ready for a 3wheeler yet.:)

Quick update, Due to some issues with the dealership,Staffordshire triumph, I've decided not to go forward with this purchase. A real pity because the deal on paper looked great, mistakes happen with everyone but poor customer service isn't something I can put up with. Deposit had been paid, new plate picked and finance with Blackhorse agreed and signed. So it's back to the drawing board and the search for my next toy continues

Blackhorse, or any other finance house, aren't doing you the favour, but helping themselves to your hard earned, so I'd say you dodged a bullet.

Do it the old fashioned way, AND once on top maintain it ;)

You do know that flat rate isn't good don't you @Pedro1340

Flat rate looks good... but isn't.

For a better understanding ask them to show their flat rate as an apr and then decide for yourself?
It will be a very different picture ;)

I done the maths,,it was a cracking deal trust me,the problem wasn't the finance, it was Staffordshire triumph that messed up ,I've been buying bikes since 1973,never have I experienced such poor communication or customer service. Disappointing doesn't come close.

Fair enough, I just wanted to offer you enough information for you to question the situation for yourself ;)

Poor communication is quite the norm, although inexcusable in business, but good practice for having teenagers :confounded:
And if you ask any future employees they will ALL tell you they are good at communication; try it at as an interview question

    So whats plan B?

I bought my 765 with 272 miles and only 2 or 3 months old back in November 2018.

If I was you I'd wait out until November when sales have dried up and a certain reverse hunger and need arises :yum "talk to ME, I'm listening"...... if you get my drift ;)

Got my Google review of Staffordshire triumph done ,so maybe I will get a response from the boss/director Bob Sheldon as I have requested. They seem to have no problem getting back to people who leave a positive review, but don't seem to address the negative ones.
My local dealer has checked the stocks of street RS in the UK and Staffordshire were showing 2 silver ice bikes,I still don't understand the reluctance of the salesman (SR) to do his job professionally.
