    Hi.

I have recently bought a new battery for my Daytona 650 as the old one had died over the winter. I have charged the new battery overnight but when I turned the ignition on this morning there was no power, no lights or anything. Any ideas?

    Cheers

First off have you made sure that you have a decent contact with your battery and that there isn't an issues with your ground lead. I also take it that the battery is showing as being charged.
Other than that it's just the usual thing of following where the leads go and trying to find the fault from there.

As far as batteries are concerned I still think that people are better off getting Motobatt (yellow ones) you can usually find one on E Bay for most models and they seem to have alot more kick to them than other batteries.
